CASTROL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Cape Town)

As a Castrol Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding market reach for Castrol lubricants. Your primary focus will be on project managing new prospects, order taking and facilitation, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer performance management and relationship building.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales and Business Development:

-        Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

-        Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the customer base.

-        Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

2. Project Management for New Prospects:

-        Lead the identification and prioritization of potential clients and projects.

-        Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of prospective clients.

-        Ensure effective project management from initial contact to successful onboarding.

3. Order Taking and Facilitation:

-        Process and manage product orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

-        Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to optimize order fulfillment processes.

-        Provide after-sales support to address any issues or concerns related to product delivery.

4. Customer Performance Management:

-        Monitor and analyze customer performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

-        Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and expectations.

-        Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

-        Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

-        Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

-        Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and preferences.
