Provides excellent customer service to all guests, customers, and employees.Secures company funds; follows internal controls related to position. Redeems coins/tokens, cashes checks, and supplies information to guests. Maintains and ensures the proper routing of the department’s paperwork. Balances the window impress total, sell checks and chips, and coins/tokens to the main banker. Maintains communication with all departments, team members, and guests to ensure positive experiences. Maintains a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of questionable association. Provides an outlet of sales and redemption of coin and chips for internal and external guests (e.g., general cashier, main bank, fill bank and jackpot/fill window). Maintains a neat, safe, and organized work area. Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. BRING US YOUR BEST. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong problem solving, mediation, and consulting skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with guest service issues. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Highly organized and detail-oriented - Previous casino Cage or cash handling experience preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. - Ability to work with interruptions. Must have ten-key (calculator) skills. - Data entry/computer skills required.
