This position analyzes and resolves a variety of difficult cashiering problems for the branches and related departments. Advise section management and audit of concerns relating to the application of policy and procedures. Assist branch personnel in providing prompt and accurate cashiering service to members/insureds. Perform various administrative duties in the operation of the Cashiering Support section.
What You’ll Do:
In this role you will be tasked with communicating the application of policy and procedures with branch personnel to enhance member/insured service.
You will Analyze and resolve a variety of cashiering system and bookkeeping problems in a timely manner.
Research and resolve issues related to bank discrepancies, credit card out of balance issues and branch overages/shortages. Preparation of reports to track the timely reimbursement of change orders with branch follow-up if necessary.
You will be responsible for preparing reports and analyses to ensure branches are closing in a timely manner so all transactions can be interfaced to subsystems.
Assist with credit card device ordering, inspection of devices and issues relating to the devices.
Perform ad hoc duties as required.
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent certificate required.
Analytical and research skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Word and Excel required.
General knowledge of the company’s cashiering system is desired.
Branch experience preferred.
