Executing the final step in the selling ceremony, the Fashion Cashier is at the peak of the ceremony, when the coveted CHANEL creation enters the client’s ownership. Offering a personalised service, responsive to the client’s needs, the Fashion Cashier seals a unique and memorable experience for each customer, while ensuring that cash receipts comply with legal regulations and internal procedures. A true ambassador of the Brand’s image, the Fashion Cashier combines sensitivity and warmth with great attention to detail.

Welcoming the client as they continue their journey through the BoutiqueBeing co-responsible for the proper running of the Boutique in accordance with the established rulesOffering the ultimate, warm and tailor-made experience to each clientLooking for solutions and take the time to explain our rules and procedures to the clientBuilding a lasting relationship with clients to help with queries outside of the Boutique journeyCollaborating with the Boutique teams to ensure all métiers work together to constantly elevate the client experience

Upholding CHANEL’s standards and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safeguard brand performance.

Mastering and applying CHANEL's internal regulations and procedures in terms of cash collection and tax exemptionManaging cash receipts through the proper use of computer systemsMastering the different business cases, applying cash operations and the associated payment methodsManaging the client file by entering information in compliance with proceduresManaging all the additional tasks inherent to the jobUnderstanding personal objectives and actively implementing an action plan to achieve themParticipating in the morning brief and making suggestions to transform procedures and improve the client experienceFostering collaboration by sharing informationEmbracing a learning journey with a blended approach, using digital, in-person and individual resources, driven by personal curiosity, to develop the ultimate level of expertise and embody the Chanel client relational promise.

REQUIREMENTS:

One year of experience as a cashierExceptional cash handling abilitiesOutstanding customer service skillsHonest, dependable, and trustworthyFlexible (work during week and week-ends) and multitaskingFluent knowledge of the English language. Another language is a plus.
