As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Cash Collection Manager to lead our cash collection processes and drive initiatives.
We will count on you to:
Supervise the cash collection portfolio to ensure all deadlines are met and activities are addressed within defined parameters.Manage a team of cash collection specialists, focusing on recruitment, motivation, coaching, and performance monitoring.Drive credit control operations targets using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Plan and develop new procedures within the team’s area of responsibility.Resolve internal client escalations promptly and implement business-focused solutions.What you need to have:
Excellent communication skills and readiness to work in a cross-cultural environment.2-3 years of experience in people management with proven success.5-7 years of professional experience in a shared service center environment.Deep knowledge of the Cash Collection area and strong analytical skills.Excellent command of spoken and written English.What makes you stand out:
