Hopkins is located 7 miles west of Minneapolis, boasting natural surroundings in a suburban environment that also provides quick access to major travel ways and local restaurants that give our community a distinct character. Responsibilities Description: This position is responsible for applying the cash deposited into the Michael Foods Lock Box into SAP/DMS. This position will have recurring contact with CAA and the Michael Foods Credit Department. Performs daily cash application process. Apply all cash receipts daily Balance cash journals to bank deposits Identify payment discrepancies Review and reconcile cash application reports. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Skills and Abilities: 1 to 2+ years’ experience in accounting preferred. Foodservice industry experience is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication and analysis skills. Computer skills required: strong background in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Power Point and background in ERP solutions, preferably SAP.
