Job Description:

Case Processing Specialist

\n \n \n

Pay Rate: Up to $23/hr 

\n \n \n

 Hours of Operation: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST  Monday-Friday

\n \n \n

  

\n \n \n

  

\n \n \n

Responsibilities: 

\n \n \n

Perform benefits investigations for the client hub, including checking eligibility and coverage for products. 

\n \n \n

Verify and relay prior authorization requirements. 

\n \n \n

Respond to follow-up requests for prior authorization status checks. 

\n \n \n

Utilize Salesforce for documentation purposes. 

\n \n \n

Utilize In contact for handling calls. 

\n \n \n

Utilize Outlook for communication tasks. 

\n

We are looking for:

\n \n \n \n Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. \n \n \n \n \n Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately interpret and relay information. \n \n \n \n \n Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. \n \n \n\n\n \n \n Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team \n \n \n \n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is up to $23/hr.
