Job Description:
\n \n \nCase Processing Specialist
\n \n \nPay Rate: Up to $23/hr
\n \n \nHours of Operation: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Monday-Friday
\n \n \n\n \n \n

Responsibilities:
\n \n \nPerform benefits investigations for the client hub, including checking eligibility and coverage for products.
\n \n \nVerify and relay prior authorization requirements.
\n \n \nRespond to follow-up requests for prior authorization status checks.
\n \n \nUtilize Salesforce for documentation purposes.
\n \n \nUtilize In contact for handling calls.
\n \n \nUtilize Outlook for communication tasks.
\n\n \n \n
We are looking for:
\n\n \n \n \n Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. \n \n \n \n \n Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately interpret and relay information. \n \n \n \n \n Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. \n \n \n\n\n \n \n Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team \n \n \n \n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is up to $23/hr.
