We are looking for a part-time Case Manager to start (If looking for full time you can fill in for DCS shifts until the position becomes Full-Time) Weekends are a must. There is an on call component. 22$ an hour to start. This position offers: - Company-paid bronze medical plan for employee only - Company-paid $25k life insurance - Medical, dental, vision plans for self and dependents - Supplemental life, AD&D, EAP, PLUS Benefits become effective the 1st of the month following the first day at work. - 40 hours of vacation time - Accrued from day one General information of position: + Providing supervision of Direct Care staff and coverage coordination. + Training and supervision of staff. + Attentiveness of reportable events and submitting reports within required time frames. + Manages and monitor client finances within required time frames. + Serve as liaison with service coordinators, families, other agencies, and internal staff. + Manages client caseloads, weekly review of client charts/records, and monitoring daily shift notes.  + Manages the supervision and evaluation of service delivery quality and content program to clients. + Coordinates and ensures staff and the program’s daily activities are completed efficiently. + Must maintain current working knowledge of Supported Living Services, Federal & State laws, including familiarity with Title 17 regulations.  +   Maintains a prominent level of confidentiality.  +  Support the goals in creating a super work environment. Qualifications: Education:                   Degree is great but not required. We are looking for experience.
