Job Description
Location: Ann Arbor, MI - Tuesday and Wednesday, On-Site, Monday, Thursday and Friday Remote
Shift: Full Time; Salary
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 + Bonus
Case Manager Primary Responsibilities:
Field incoming requests for assistance from Domino’s Pizza team membersCollect details of circumstances related to team member’s situation including, but not limited to job-related information, income/expense data, & other case detailsConduct necessary due diligence and investigate any questionable aspects of the caseAcquire necessary back-up documentation and contact supervisors/directorsDiscuss cases with colleagues and make timely recommendations for allocations in alignment with guidelinesAdministrative Responsibilities:
Prepare check requests and corresponding bank checksCreate reports, track disbursements and adhere to budgetsAssist with all incoming department mailAssist with the coordination of department fundraising activities including but not limited to payroll deduction drives, silent auctions, raffles, & other eventsMake presentations and speak to various Domino’s groupsParticipates in and leads (when applicable) projects as assigned by Case Management DirectorOther duties as assignedQualificationsFour-year collegiate degree or five years of work experience equivalent in social work, communications, or related fieldsThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of case management software preferredExcellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong organizational and time management skills; able to multi-taskExcellent phone skills and willingness to communicate with Domino’s employees and Franchisees dailyMust be a self-starter with proactive thinking capabilitiesMust have strong emotional regulation skills including coping mechanisms to handle the secondary trauma associated with helping team members in crisis daily Bi-lingual preferred but not required Additional InformationPaid Holidays and Vacation Four mental health days are provided in addition to vacation and emergency time.
