Case Management Specialist

Key Tasks

 

Ticket management

Check email requests coming from external partners.  Manually create tickets and perform associated actions by properly following instructions. Assign tickets to queue. 

 

Report management 

Keep track of created tickets (Open, closed, work in progress, etc.) Share periodic reports with designated attributes.

 

Additional Tasks

Additional tasks related to the sales process of Maintenance Services renewal. Providing Updates to partners on the quote status.

 

 

Requirements

1-2 years; but, preferably 2+ years, of work experience in service business operations.  Knowledge of ticket management, case management is preferred.  Good analytical skills.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience in working with cross-functional teams within and across the theatre. Knowledge of Chinese and Korean language is preferred.  Good attention to details and strong documentation skills. Good team player and quick learner. Ability to handle multi-tasking and manage complex situation to achieve expected outcome and perform under high stress and with tight timeline. Intermediate level English capability.

Experience with CRM systems such as SFDC and SAP preferred.
