We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Client Relationship Manager for our Insurer Consulting Group. This role will be based in our New York, NY office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated clients, managing individual projects to completion and strengthening account relationships.Address escalated issues and concerns promptly, managing expectations and mitigating relationship risks while determining when to escalate major issues to senior colleagues.Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations and gain an understanding of their businesses through research and analysis.Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts, including contract development, information gathering, and organizing meeting logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.Lead meetings with clients and Marsh colleagues, delivering consulting advice and reporting on relationship satisfaction to ensure mutual understanding.What you need to have:
Proven experience in client relationship management or account management, with a strong ability to manage projects and client communications effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues in a timely manner while applying sound judgment.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.Proficiency in drafting comprehensive project documents and conducting data analysis.What makes you stand out:

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $128,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
