**Job Title: Carpenter Foreman** **Job Description** Work with a team to complete daily tasks and preventative maintenance on equipment within the facility. This position involves working on a secured site from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with every other Friday off. **Responsibilities** + Complete daily tasks and preventative maintenance on facility equipment. + Perform repair, maintenance, and new construction tasks ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with codes. + Utilize various construction methods including wood, metal, drywall, and concrete. + Work independently and as part of a team. + Assist with other trades as needed. **Essential Skills** + Carpentry + Construction + Finish carpentry + Blueprint reading + Framing + Drywall installation + Use of hand tools + Rough carpentry + Commercial construction **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with window units + General handyman work + Ability to read and interpret blueprints **Why Work Here?** Enjoy access to a dedicated tool shop, or bring and use your own tools if preferred.
