Job Description:

Job Summary

 The Carpenter performs hands on repair, remodeling and installation of various items, including doors, framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, base and other materials. Assists in the development and tracking of projects including supervision of some outside vendors. The role may require working outside of regularly scheduled shifts, in inclement weather, or in emergency situations. All roles within the Engineering department are required to adopt and utilize the CMMS work order system to effectively communicate across the organization and manage activities and assets.

Performs maintenance calls and preventative maintenance

Remodeling Existing Spaces

Strictly adhere to patient care and infection control standards in all aspects of work

Participates in special projects/requests ​

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

High School or GED required

Four years of experience required

Valid Driver's License required
