**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** You will be working alongside electricians to cut materials and create T-bar acoustic ceilings for a data center. The primary task involves cutting and framing T-bar ceilings above server cabinets to allow the connection of small vent ducts for cooling air return to the ceiling plenum. This is repetitive work requiring the same small square hole to be made in the existing T-bar ceiling above each cabinet location over several months. **Responsibilities** + Cut and frame T-bar acoustic ceilings above server cabinets. + Create square holes in existing T-bar ceilings for vent duct connections. + Work in coordination with electricians installing new cabinets. + Repeat the process consistently over several months. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of carpentry experience. + Experience in ICI or comfortable working in a secure location. + Skills in ceiling and/or finish carpentry. + Knowledge of acoustics and T-bar ceiling construction. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Secret clearance Required **Why Work Here?** The project could be extended from 6 months to 8 months, with potential for permanent employment if more work becomes available. The work is indoors, very clean, and considered easy. **Work Environment** You will work the day shift in a data center located 10minutes away from the Angus area. from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
