Responsibilities

Job Summary

To lead, plan and manage all operational activities associated with cargo service handling in line with our procedures, policies and brand values.


The expected pay rate is $100k - 110k/year. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.  

 

Job Responsibilities

Full responsibility for delivering effective cargo services solutions to our customersLead, motivate and manage staff to deliver the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customersMonitor and analyze the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for any variances and take appropriate actionPrepare operating budgets, resources plans (manpower, equipment and facilities) and reports to deliver the organization strategy and plansReview new airline and vendor contracts as needed and follow up with appropriate actionImplement, maintain and closely supervise all safety and security measures related to people, equipment, facilities and aircraft involved in the operation.Review key performance indicators (KPI's) and take necessary actions to meet needsMeet with customers on a regular basis to get feedback and monitor satisfaction levelsTake ownership for creating a progressive open and feedback culture by managing the performance and development of employeesBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external)

Qualifications and Competencies
