Caregiver Position: Caregiver Department: Children’s Academy Reports to: Department Supervisor Created: May 22, 2025 Job Summary To provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for the children at SCRMC, Children's Academy. To plan and carry out developmentally appropriate curriculum that is designed to meet the social, cognitive, physical, emotional, and health development needs of each child. Qualifications CAREGIVERS must be at least 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or (GED) Preferred or a (CDA) credential or MDHS OCY Director's child care credential. Applicants shall have at the minimum of one year documented experience in a Licensed Child Care Facility or Three years prior documented experience caring for children under the age of 13 and not related to the caregiver within the third degree computed according to civil law.
