The ASPiRE! Career Support Navigator plays a crucial role in cultivating a thriving employee environment by seamlessly guiding new hires through onboarding and orientation across ASPiRE! program locations, fostering peer connections through a dedicated mentoring program, and ensuring ongoing training compliance.

Support new employee hiring and onboarding in coordination with Human Resources

Coordinate onsite orientation at ASPiRE! program locations

Provide internal employee support for HR, IT, payroll, and timeclock system issues

Serve as administrator for peer mentoring during the onboarding period

Monitor and support training compliance through regular reporting

Guide employees to career development resources and tuition assistance programs

Travel between program locations to meet with staff and leadership

Support career planning and professional growth initiatives

Lead staff recognition and appreciation efforts

Administer staff satisfaction surveys and report findings

Qualifications Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree preferred.5-10 years of related experience.Valid standard driver’s license (Class C or D).Skills & Knowledge:

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of employee development and engagement principles

Proficiency in data collection and reporting, with demonstrated skillset using Microsoft Office programs

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
