Your opportunity
The Front Office Services team (FOS) is part of the Investment Management COO Office and is situated within the front office
Work closely with the Investment team to understand current state challenges, their root causes and future state requirements
Generate business requirements, documents, workflows, and process maps
Represent the needs of the Front Office in working groups partnering with other departments to translate requirements into program specifications or workflow design
Design and/or participate in testing and training efforts
Design and/or participate in business readiness and deployment plans, including communications and production support

Must have skills
Good experience and knowledge of the asset management business
Experience supporting Investment teams or similar Business Analyst experience in the Finance industry
Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working collaboratively across different teams and departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
Ability to understand complex issues and problems, distill into actionable components and identify pragmatic solutions
Nice to have skills
Charles River OMS knowledge is preferable
Project management experience
General understanding of the middle and back office support of the investment management industry
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Project, JIRA, and Confluence
