Your opportunity
Deliver frequent skills assessments and identify competency gaps within members of Distribution team Create and effectively socialize consistent product narratives on our focus strategies Design and develop teaching aids, such as training presentations and interactive exercises Monitor and evaluate trainings, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed to ensure content is positively received Seek constant feedback from Sales Leadership regarding effectiveness and timeliness of training content Carry out additional duties as assigned

Must have skills
Established relationships across all supporting Sales Distribution partners such as Product Management, Product Development, and Investment Specialists Broad exposure and knowledge of asset management business and capital markets Foundational knowledge around ESG principles

5-7 years industry experience 4+ years direct sales experience Proficient in building sales training curriculums Extensive public speaking experience Advanced skills in Salesforce.com, Allego, Zoom, and Microsoft tools Advanced utilization of PowerPoint and Excel
