Prepares and applies insulation to tank car using spray on glue. Trim insulation to proper length by cutting away from yourself while using a utility knife. A half-mask P100 respirator, Kevlar cut resistant gloves and 100% long sleeve cotton shirt are required.  A Tyvek suit is recommended.  Must not be afraid of heights and/or working on top of a tank car.  A full body harness and self-retracting line are required when working on top of tank

Transport rolls of insulation on top of platform using conveyor system Use spray application of glue to coat outside of tank car prior to installation of Trim excess insulation to proper length Secure insulation with nylon straps
