Assesses local, regional, or national talent information to determine opportunities for Workforce and Career program development and implementation. 2. Implements strategies and facilitates program development, outreach, and execution to meet changing workforce demands. 3. Responsible for the implementation and evolution of current programs; and assesses feasibility of existing and future programs in their extension to other internal and external communities. 4. Partners with HR Leadership to ensure diverse and inclusive programs that support strong talent pipeline. 5. Oversees selected engagements and acts as liaison between Arkansas Children’s, corporate and community partners, and academic affiliations. 6. Strategically supporting & coaching employees to succeed in their career development while tracking their progress 7. Assesses and guides involvement with workforce initiatives, including extended partnerships with other non-profit organizations. 8. Oversees the data-collection and synthesis of internal and external information to support organizational participation. 9. Managing Arkansas Children's Career Materials in our LMS and hosting career growth workshops 10.
