Think you've got what it takes?  Education and Training + + Two years of college required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Special training helpful in human relations, job development techniques. behavioral science, marketing and communications. + Industry recognized employment professional training. Experience + + Previous experience in a Mission Services facility or setting preferred. + Counseling experience. + Knowledge of the world of work. + Knowledge of marketing and employment trends. + Experience with persons with disabilities. + Knowledge of career counseling. + Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
