100% FTE, Monday - Friday, with weekend and weekday call responsibilities. Holiday triage and holiday call responsibilities. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.  You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), CTL to: 

Direct and lead nursing staff to ensure optimum patient care, efficient operations, quality service and sound financial management. Facilitate and participate in daily interprofessional rounds. Continuously assess unit needs by ensuring adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts. Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
