Adecco is currently assisting a well-known National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a Clinical Case Manager in Ohio. **Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm EST** The anticipated wage for this position is between $27.28 and $28.82. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. + Through the use of clinical tools and information/data review, conducts comprehensive assessments of referred member's needs/eligibility and determines approach to case resolution and/or meeting needs by evaluating member's benefit plan and available internal and external programs/services + Application and/or interpretation of applicable criteria and guidelines, standardized case management plans, policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while assessing benefits and/or member’s needs to ensure appropriate administration of benefits + Utilizes case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines and company policies and procedures **Experience** + Must be Ohio Resident. + 2+ years of experience in children's mental health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a human services or behavioral health care field, providing community-based services to children and youth, and their family/caregivers. + 3+ years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's degree, e.g., hospital setting or alternative care setting such as ambulatory care or outpatient clinic/facility. + 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas of expertise: family systems, community systems and resources, case management, child and family counseling/therapy, child protection, or child development. + Willing and able to travel up to 10% for occasional regional trainings/meetings in the state of OH as need basis.
