Target, develop, assess, and maintain a thorough understanding of customers, stakeholders and marketplace dynamics. Long standing business relationships with key customers and in-depth knowledge of the key drivers, influences and prescribing patterns in the assigned territory. Understands and performs with unique needs of orphan disease market and customers. Provides quality consultative information to the professional/customer. Sells, coordinates and promotes complex products/services within assigned territory. Services key accounts, develops prospects, and coordinates sales and marketing programs. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSBILITIES** The primary responsibilities of this role,Cardiorenal Executive Specialty Sales Consultant (North Florida), are to: + Customer focus/building positive relationships-impact with indications in undeveloped market and compete in established market; + Penetration of large accounts and success with key decision makers. Creative thought process in developing a customer base; + Create territory plan including goals and resource allocation (coverage, tactics, support) for key customers; + Gain account formulary acceptance, understand specialty pharmacy and product stocking where applicable; + Scientific understanding of clinical papers; + Teaming with customers as a business partner-proactive in seeking out potential customers, maintain knowledge of long-term trends and patterns to create account business plans; + Utilize consultative skills in assisting customer with their business; + Market/sell Bayer products; + Timely expense reports, it tools, stay current on product information; + Must follow Bayer and pharmaceutical compliance code; + Consistently meet or exceed established targets; + The primary location for this role isResidence-Based in the US. The assigned territory for this role is North Florida, which includes the following metropolitan areas: Columbus, GA; Albany, GA; Savannah, GA; Valdosta, GA; Brunswick GA; Tallahassee, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Saint Augustine, FL; Palm Coast, FL; and Daytona Beach, FL. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or within reasonable commute to the assigned territory. **WHO YOU ARE** Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: + Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; + At least 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical selling experience; + Specialty sales experience with orphan disease or cardiovascular; + Excellent consultative selling skills and experience with complex sales; + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; + Ability to travel as necessary or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel; + Excellent written and oral communication skills. This posting will be available for application until at least11-26-2024. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $126,272to $189,408. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
