And we are close to home with services in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Hot Springs, Searcy and Conway and more than 25 community locations. **Responsibilities** + Answers phones promptly and courteously + Responds to mail regarding account inquiries + Answers patient questions + Maintains records and files current for easy retrieval + Enters patient information for appointments + Reviews daily transaction journals to ensure all transaction batches are balanced + Handles patient accounts confidentially + Post all charges and payments to each designated patient account + Handles collections of patient money in accurate honest mannerism + Handles patient accounts in confidential mannerism + Effective in personal time management + Maintains good working relationships with patients, clinic staff, billing agency and insurance companies + Comply with regulatory standards for the industry and the clinic + Schedule patient appointments **Qualifications** + Highschool Diploma, GED or Equivalent + Experience in Health care or related setting **Pay Range** $15.88 - $21.83 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
