medically complex patient population in both the in patient and outpatient arenas supported by the highest caliber cardiovascular invasive diagnostic and surgical services in a collaborative and multidisciplinary settingThe Hartford HealthCare Inherited Cardiovascular Disease ProgramICDP is amultidisciplinary program for the care and management of patients with inherited cardiomyopathies inherited arrhythmia syndromes neuromuscular disease related cardiomyopathy and aortopathiesconnective tissue diseases involving the aortaAbout the PositionProficiency in nuclear exercise and pharmacological stress testing transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography and carotid ultrasound studies is required This opportunity includes in patient and outpatient roles in the Hartford Region Hartford Hospital and satellite offices and the East Region Backus Hospital and satellite offices The role provides consultative and follow up care to adult cardiovascular patients The successful candidate will have interest training and experience in the work up diagnosis and treatment of ICD patients In collaboration with the Program Director and a dedicated cardiac genetic
