Crozer Health System’s Supplemental Staffing Services was established to offer flexibility in the employees’ time and schedule, and to allow flexible staffing to meet the increased needs of our patients in Prospect Crozer Health System. This commitment requires all SSS employees to work among all of the Crozer Health facilities.

Work Requirement: A minimum of 32 hours per month with 1 week on call from 4:30 p- 7a and 1-48 hr. weekend.   All employees must be willing to rotate between all facilities within their specialties (Crozer, Taylor, and Brinton Lake). Holiday Commitment: Employees must work (1) holiday under Group A & (1) date under Group B to meet the holiday commitment.
Group A
  All holidays start the night before the holiday and the day and eve of the holiday.  All major holidays are paid at time and a half. New Year’s Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Day

            Group B

Ø  One shift shall be required between December 23rd and January 1st.  Additional shifts outside of your required (1) shift worked during this time will be paid at time and a half.​​​
