Cardiac PET National Sales Leader, MIPDx
Job Description SummaryThe role involves shaping the US strategy and leading a sales team of managers and front-line professionals to capture market share in the rapidly growing Cardiac PET market. The focus is on driving the adoption and growth of GEHC's cardiac imaging agent, Flyrcado (flurpiridaz F 18), which is used for PET myocardial perfusion imaging to detect coronary artery disease. You will work cross-functionally with counterparts including the Cardiac PET Account Management team to drive holistic solutions that support customers and drive clinical adoption across the GE HealthCare portfolio.

Job DescriptionAchieve quarterly and yearly operating plans for the region.Develop, lead and execute a go-to-market and growth  strategyLeverage the value of referring physician education and office-based resources and how this impacts referrals into preferred imaging centers using Flyrcado.Analyze market dynamics and competition.Manage relationships with key customers and accounts.Provide customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.Attend key conferences to represent Flyrcado.Drive collaboration across GEHC's portfolio.Attract, retain, and develop commercial talents.Coach sales leadership on CRM Salesforce adoption.Communicate and leverage Variable Sales Incentive plans.Manage relationships with key customers and accounts that require executive-level communication.Lead strategy, actively participate in, and help close large or critically strategic opportunities.provide the Voice of Customers and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $158,400.00-$237,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
