Working under limited supervision, this role supports collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate analysis of cardiac data.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret cardiac rhythms and data to identify abnormalities or changes that require attention and intervention.
Operates and maintains cardiac monitoring equipment to ensure its proper functioning and accuracy to provide reliable data for patient assessment.
Processes recommendations from healthcare professionals for further evaluation or treatment based on the analysis of cardiac data to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 6 months prior cardiac monitoring experience or completion of a Cardiac Monitor Technician Program.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required: Cardiac Monitor Technician Certification, Passing score on the Advanced Cardiac Monitoring Interpretation Test prior to hire.
