They are responsible for communicating effectively and efficiently with interdisciplinary staff. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. + High school diploma or GED equivalent required. + Previous experience in healthcare field required. + Must demonstrate ability to communicate orally and in written format, perform basic math calculations including use of decimals. + Must be able to interact with interdisciplinary staff. + Must have successfully completed the arrhythmias recognition course. + Ability to communicate with healthcare providers of varying ages. + Recognize effect of age on interpretation of EKG’s. + Able to sit for long periods of time and maintain high state of alertness. **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
