Zinia leverages the technological resources and expertise of Openbank, the digital-native bank of the Santander Group, which is currently rolling out its international expansion plans. Mission:
The main mission of this role is to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives to boost and increase the acquisition and use of the cobranded credit card portfolio, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the Cards Area and the brand.
Responsibilities:
Execution and implementation of the annual cobranded card marketing campaign plan, in collaboration with the Cards Area, and coordinate on acquiring new cobranded cards Accounts and the growth of the Programs, including marketing and Portfolio engagement matters associated with our Partner's acquisition initiatives.Customer Analysis and Segmentation: Perform analysis of the customer database to identify key segments and market opportunities, to personalize campaigns and improve engagement.Campaign Management: Supervise the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring the coherence and effectiveness of messages across all channels. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using relevant KPIs and metrics.Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Operations, Customer Service and Data Analytics departments and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Coordinate with marketing agencies and other third-party vendors to ensure campaign effectiveness.Supervise the production of promotional materials, such as emails, SMS, banners, digital ads, and social media content, ensuring promotional materials are aligned with corporate and brand identity.To be successful in the role you must have:
Master of marketing, business administration or a related field.3-6 years of working experience in sales & marketing roles, preferably in the financial or credit card sector.Strong analytical and marketing skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.Fluency in English. German would be a plus.Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, manage conflicts, and meet deadlines in a complex and fast-paced environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.What do we offer?
