CVP is seeking a Risk Management Process and Capital Planning and Investment Control Manager to join our team supporting an Enterprise Cybersecurity program.

Responsibilities Oversee the Portfolio Management of the Capital Planning and Investment Control within the Information Security Center.Develop the Capital Planning and Investment Control Investment Artifacts and implement processes for improving the Investment score rating from yellow to green. Support Investment Managers, Program Managers and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) teams in the monthly and annual OMB Business Case and Agency IT Portfolio Summaries updates and reporting.Serve as the primary writer for reports and documentation, such as developing and updating CPIC artifacts.Develop, implement and maintain processes, guides, templates and training materials to support CPIC reporting, Portfolio and Investment Management. Ensure all required OMB exhibits comply with OMB guidelines and requirements.Support the Risk Management Process.Support tracking of investment risks and performance metrics.Attend monthly investment meetings to discuss performance metrics and investment risks.Document and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) documentation.Maintain and deliver monthly EVM program reports.Provide support to stakeholders to develop and maintain project management plans.  Facilitate updates from all stakeholders on project schedules, actual and projected costs, and work breakdown structures. Support alternatives and operational analyses, acquisition planning, and risk management planning.Facilitate the continuous improvement of Agency-level processes, such as CPIC reporting, Earned Value Management (EVM), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Management, Risk Management, Portfolio and Investment Management, Budget Execution, and Project Management. Support detailed Lifecycle Costing, Annual Acquisition Requests, and Security Information Updates. Prepare meeting agenda, briefs materials, and facilitate meetings.  Qualifications Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust government security clearance. US Citizenship is required.Strong professional experience with Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk Management within a federal customer environment.Must be familiar with the Risk Management Process and identifying risks.Highly skilled in MS Excel. Strong writing skills and an excellent communicator.Strong client satisfaction skills. Demonstrated ability to present to mid-level and senior management.

 

Desired Skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Experience supporting federal finance programs, specifically non-DOD agencies.AgMax experience.
