**Required Skills:**
Capital Planning Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Apply the theories and principles of science, engineering, and mathematics to focus on improving engineering process and ensuring that the rapidly growing infrastructure operates efficiently.
2. Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows and other process engineering data to understand methods that are applied in the operations process.
3. Validate and perform qualification protocols for new or modified manufacturing processes, systems, and/ or equipment for production of products.
4. Apply his engineering background to implement and help drive process automation and standardization.
5. Focus on developing best practices for data aggregation, developing analytical models and dashboards.
6. Support the financial planning and reporting of Facebook’s global data center cost and schedule program, as well as lead the preparation and presentation of materials to key stakeholders.
7. Evolve the data center cost program through driving process improvements and automation efficiencies around planning, reporting, and ongoing communications to key stakeholders.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field and one year of experience in job offered or in a business-related or quantitative occupation.
9. Experience must include one year of experience of the following:
10. 1. Developing metrics and processes to drive accuracy in planning, and providing insight to stakeholders and leadership decision-making
11. 2. Driving decision-making and prioritization for the business through analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing best practices, using Tableau and SQL
12. 3. Enable business scaling and efficiency through data-driven insights and process improvements in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
13. 4. Conveying a data-driven story to technical and non-technical audiences around key business insights, in collaboration with cross-functional partners
14. 5. Leading cross-functional leadership coordination meetings to ensure on time project delivery and change management
15. 6. Identifying opportunities to improve and scale tooling platforms around costs and schedule through process engineering solutions
16. 7. Utilizing engineering background to liaise with construction and design engineers to understand data center project requirements and drive improvements
17. 8. Analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions and reporting results across diverse technical and non-technical groups
18. 9. Detailed understanding of large construction projects and the ability to communicate with construction personnel and design engineers in order to report to leadership team and
19. 10. Understanding complex process flow and building designs in order to liaise with non-technical stakeholders & team.

$184,802/year to $203,280/year + bonus + equity + benefits
