Develops, maintains, and improves design and construction project management policies and procedures. Provides technical advice and assistance to City management, field personnel, contractors, etc. Develops and evaluates plans, criteria, etc. for a variety of projects, programs, and plans. Meets with project engineers/architects and contractors to discuss and resolve issues related to designs and design changes. Coordinates the analysis of site selection by hiring various consultants to develop reports and reviews recommendations with consultants and sponsoring departments.
