YOUR ROLE

Overall, the SDLC Senior Consultant will help clients enhance collaboration, drive innovation, and ensure the continuous improvement of their software development lifecycle.

What you will do:

§ Guide organizations in developing and implementing DevOps and SDLC strategies to optimize software delivery and operational efficiency.

§ Advise on designing scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure management, and adopting modern practices like containerization and security integration.

§ Provide insights on leveraging AI/ML for process automation and intelligent deployment.

YOUR PROFILE

The right candidates will be able to advise on implementing DevOps principles to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Advise on scalable CI/CD frameworks aligned with business goals for efficient automation and deployment. Recommend strategies for adopting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automating cloud infrastructure management. Provide guidance on integrating security practices within the DevOps lifecycle to ensure compliance. Advise on integrating AI/ML into the SDLC for automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent deployments.

We would love to see a candidate with:

§ 5-8 years of professional experience in management consulting or software development role.

§ Some experience with devops operating models and organizational design

§ Some experience with software development

§ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

§ Ability to work effectively in a team environment across delivery and sales.

§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
