Capability & Culture Lead - Procurement

How? by implementing different activities and programs focused on attracting, developing and engaging talent, all this with a continuous improvement mindset and global approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Accelerate the learning curves: support in designing the program

Develop relationship with new Universities to foster profile diversity

Sustain and develop the existing relationship with preferred Universities

Refresh and broaden the scope of Empower-her

Lead the Associate’s onboarding program

Build pipeline of special assignments aligned with development needs

Structure / expand interviewers' pool during hiring process

Refresh process and communication around IDP and development maps

Efficient communication process for HUMU actions

Contribute to the global e-Learning program: tracking / new trainings / report

Coordinate Procurement meetings in connection with Procurement leaders

Participate to the organization of Team events (e.g. annual conference)

A successful Culture & Capabilities Procurement Representative is expected to have:

Project management skills.

Continuous improvement skills.

English fluency (both written and verbal)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Passion for people: Customer service approach, stakeholder management.

Entrepreneur spirit: Flexibility, dynamism, team player, self-starter, initiative, creative.

Marketing approach: great communication and influencing skills (both written and verbal)

After spending 1-2 years in this position an associate will have the following key experiences:

Gain broader project management, process management and people management knowledge.

Exposure to management both within and across departments.

Partnership with Human Resources department.

Driving and stimulating team’s engagement in an HPO environment.

Minimum Qualifications.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

5-10 years of experience in Project Management, or Human Resources

English fluent (both written and verbal – nonnegotiable)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Passion for people: Customer service approach, stakeholder management.

Entrepreneur spirit: Flexibility, dynamism, team player, self-starter, initiative, creative.

Marketing approach: great communication and influencing skills (both written and verbal)
