Minimum requirements:
Completed their LLB Degree (or will have completed before commencing employment) Seeing to complete their articles in no less than two years Need to have an interest in Labour Law Excellent in English (written and verbal) Have to assist the senior team Drafting of all the employment - related forms, including contracts, policies, pleadings at the CCMA and the labour court Expected to consult with clients, independently and with assistance  Chair disciplinary at the CCMA Legal research Indexing and paginating court files Employment equity and skills development reporting on behalf of clients
