WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a member of the Boston Recruiting team, you will collaborate with a highly talented group of individuals to develop, plan, and execute Associate Consultant (AC) and intern program recruiting efforts for the Boston office.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
 As a member of the Boston AC Recruiting team, you will assist in the development, planning, and execution of all Boston AC recruiting efforts, including internships and other programs.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Campus Recruiting

Manage on-campus and office recruiting efforts for targeted undergraduate schools.Collaborate with internal school team leaders to develop campus-specific strategies. Represent the recruiting department in planning meetings and provide administrative support as needed.Support marketing strategy for targeted campuses. Coordinate team members, schedule presentations, career fairs, receptions, and dinners. Act as liaison between campus career services and Bain, overseeing communication with candidates year-round.Manage candidate selection processes and track candidate information, providing year-end reviews and analysis of seasonal recruiting efforts.Oversee school budgets, including tracking event expenses and annual updates.Coordinate interviews for Bain’s Northeast offices, including organizing schedules, coordinating travel, greeting candidates, leading debrief sessions, and recording interview data.

Event and Program Support

Organize logistics for Associate Consultant (AC) and Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) offeree events in Boston.Support planning and management of the ACI program, including staffing, event coordination, and logistics.Assist in the Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW) and Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) programs, managing staff participation, travel, onboarding, training, and events.

Administrative and Systems Support

Maintain and update the recruit tracking system (Avature) for data entry, event management, and reporting.Provide clear, timely communication with recruits and consulting staff involved in the recruiting process.Assist with the Boston HR team on new hire onboarding tasks, including paperwork, colleague assignments, and start dates.


ABOUT YOU

Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of three years of professional experience, preferably in a professional services firm.Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of the organization.Capable of managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Strong multitasking abilities, with attention to deadlines and a high degree of accuracy.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Flexibility to work overtime and evenings as needed, including occasional weekends.
