What you'll do 

Partner with local & regional leadership to meet campus hiring needs across region Develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding Build strong student pipelines and recruit high-caliber talent Represent the company professionally at campus events and career fairs Drive proactive engagement with universities and student organizations Generate and maintain candidate flow through job boards, networks, and direct outreach
