What you'll do 

Strategic partner with local management team in order to meet campus staffing needs Develop innovative sourcing strategies in order to deliver high volume of talent for planned cohorts + provide exceptional candidate experience. Screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding agenda.  Recruit appropriate caliber of talented students. Represent our company in a professional manner. Generate pipeline and candidate flow through candidate searches on job boards, networking sites, search engines and other sources Close communicaiton and cooperation with Universities.
