PAYBACK is a 100% owned American Express company and it is a multi-partner, global loyalty and engagement platform running its business in Italy since 2014.  

 

PAYBACK Italy is looking for a university or master student in Economics, Marketing&Sales for an internship in our Partner Management team.  

 

 

Working closely with the PAYBACK Partners’ Managers to support in the Partners’ Relationships development. Acting as an operational extension of the Partner Management Team in the efficient management of commercial activities, Customer marketing plans, in handling any complaint, in collecting and analyzing data, in assisting in administrative activities.  

 

He/she will be involved in the following activities:  

 

Support the Partner Manager Team for onboarding and integrating new Customers or developing relationships with existing Customers to achieve revenue and marketing goals Manage business-as-usual CRM plans under the coordination of the Partner Manager Contribute to specific projects on an ad hoc basis, work with cross-functional CRM/Marketing/Services teams to help implement Partners action plans Organize Partner review meetings to discuss updates and contribute to the follow-up of actions Help to monitor reporting and process billing efficiently Support the Partner Manager Team to organize periodic internal and external ppt presentations Support the Partner Manager Team with xls reporting and ad hoc analysis  Support the Business Development team in managing presentation and analysis/benchmarking for the prospect 

 

What you will need to succeed 

Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing Understanding of marketing/sales and creative mindset Flexibility in dealing with multiple tasks and projects Ability to push and drive projects forward with autonomy Ability to build positive relationship with assigned Partners Excellent communications and presentation skills   Fluent in English both written and oral Good knowledge of Office tools (in particular Excel and PPT); Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude;
