Campaigns Marketing Manager

Reuters is looking for an experienced Campaigns Marketing Manager that will join the Reuters Agency,  Growth Marketing team to support and implement multiple programmes across digital channels including webinars, email, organic and paid social and paid search, as well as the content and creative development.

In addition, this role manages the marketing pipeline, including sourcing, qualifying, nurturing & managing demand generation (acquisition through retention) by building, activating, and measuring omnichannel marketing campaigns to deliver on the goals set by the organisation.

About the Role:

As our Campaigns Marketing Manager, you will:

Strategise and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across webinars, email, social media (organic and paid).Develop compelling content and creative assets to support marketing initiatives.Manage the marketing pipeline, from lead generation to customer retention, through targeted omnichannel campaigns.Optimize customer journeys and paid media strategies to increase conversions and ROI.Implement and oversee processes for efficient campaign management and performance measurement.Analyze marketing funnel metrics to drive revenue goals and identify areas for improvement.Monitor industry trends, implement best practices, and innovate marketing approaches.Track budgets, spend, and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with sales teams to evaluate marketing impact and optimize results.Manage relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and third-party partners.

About You:

To be our Campaigns Marketing Manager, you will likely have:

Experience (5+ years) in campaign management or digital marketing roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

Demonstrated expertise in multi-channel digital marketing strategies and customer journey optimization

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and the media industry

Excellent project management and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
