Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Campaign Strategist II reports to the Campaign Strategy Manager in the Residential Heating and Cooling division. In this role, you are the Brand champion for our product team and other internal business units. You successfully execute on numerous marketing initiatives including product reviews, product awards, and our product messaging.

 

You are a key liaison between the business units, channel owners and creative and agency resources. You partner closely with our product teams, sales teams and our dealers to develop sales enablement strategies and tools to help drive growth (both B2B and B2C.)

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $61,600 - $80,850 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

2-3 years brand marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or agency environment with B2B clients.Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or sales.You can manage projects, budgets, campaigns, and key initiatives while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged, all with an eye on results.Leadership presence. Ability to engage and influence cross functional work groups across the enterprise as well as outside agency partners, including public relations and creative agency partners.Must be able to coordinate effectively to ensure on time delivery of high-quality marketing products.Under general supervision, creates communication programs and marketing materials that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.Lead a collaborative effort to finalize core messaging across the entire Lennox Residential product line with PMMs, Agency partners, and Marketing leadership.Key marketing liaison to support the Product team, specifically Heating and Cooling.Increase brand consistency through creation and updating of messaging repository to maintain consistent language across all business units.Marketing point-person in key product meetings (M process, kick offs, hindsight), partnering with Product to gain a clear understanding of product launches, determine brand marketing needs, and liaison for brand team in creation of M slides and contribution to product hindsight.Coordinate the creation and placement of advertising in various media including the external and internal facing websites.Create and update graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products.Works closely with the content strategist to develop product blogs and other storytelling vehicles.Coordinate with outside agencies on the preparation of advertising and promotional materials.Develop promotional material for use at points of sales, exhibitions, conferences, etc.Requires developing expertise in the best practices of marketing communications design.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.You are known as a collaborative team player with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You are flexible and resilient. You bring a ‘can do’ attitude and a good sense of humor.You can write creative briefs that bring great strategies to life and know how to partner closely with inhouse creative and/or agencies to unlock strong creative content.You are curious, inquisitive, and quick learner. You dig in, ask questions, and listen with the goal of curating insights to help develop impactful sales and marketing collateral.Possess an eye for brand consistency, good design, copy, video.You love all things marketing and sales, you keep up on the latest trends and their broader impacts on the marketplace.Bonus if you have experience in Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
