As a Campaign Sales Principal here at Honeywell Aerospace,\nyou will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market\nshare for our Aero business unit. Your responsibilities will include developing\nand executing strategic sales campaigns, building strong relationships with key\ncustomers, and driving customer engagement and loyalty. Your expertise in\nsales, campaign management, and customer relationship management will directly\nimpact the success of our Aero business unit.

You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Director and you'll work out\nof our Mexicali location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company. By developing\nand executing strategic sales campaigns, you will drive revenue growth and\nexpand market share for our Aero business unit. Your ability to build strong\nrelationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and\ndeliver value-added solutions will position Honeywell as a guide in the\naerospace industry..

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop\n and execute strategic sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and expand\n market share for the Aero business unit.Build\n and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their\n needs and align our solutions to meet their requirements.Work\n with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management,\n to develop targeted campaigns and deliver value-added solutions.Analyze\n market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify\n new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.Monitor\n and report on the effectiveness of sales campaigns, providing insights and\n recommendations for improvement.Utilize\n customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track customer\n interactions and optimize campaign performance.YOU MUST HAVEMinimum\n of 6 years of experience in sales or campaign management, with a proven\n track record of driving revenue growth.Strong\n leadership and team management skills.Excellent\n communication and negotiation abilities.Ability\n to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal\n stakeholders.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesired
