The ideal candidate will have prior programmatic campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization. **Responsibilities:** + Execute, manage, and optimize programmatic media campaigns for agency clients both independently, and in support of senior members of the team while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations + Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team’s shared document repository + Lead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns + Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service + Traffic campaigns into Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Social API technology, or other ad technology environments + Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Four-year college degree + Understanding of media planning & buying elements + Strong analytical and mathematical skills + Excellent communication and writing skills + Ability to organize and manage detailed work, as well as work independently and balance multiple tasks + 1+ years of integrated experience managing Programmatic Media Buying + Proficiency in programmatic buying and experience should include technologies such as TTD and DV360 + Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions including advanced Excel and PPT skills **Additional Information** Compensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
