As a content strategist, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the content that drives demand generation, engages target audiences and enhances brand awareness with our customers and prospects. The person for the job is great with words, but even greater with big ideas. You lead with an advertising mindset — you find the big idea first and find the words to capture that idea succinctly and consistently. You will also be proficient in Spanish language for local language content creation as well as in translations from English. You will be a key member of our Global Campaign Center (GCC) and report to the GCC Content Lead.

Job responsibilities   Content strategy development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals, target audience personas and the buyer's journey stages. Define content themes, messaging pillars and content distribution channels to support demand generation initiatives. Take analytical feedback and adjust the creative accordingly. Content creation and management: Develop high-quality, engaging and targeted content such as digital and potentially traditional ads, eBooks, blog posts, case studies, video script, social media posts, nurture emails, campaign landing page copy, etc. Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract insights and translate concepts into clear, compelling content that resonates with the target audience. Develop “outside the box” advertising concepts, messaging and ideation.  Manage the content creation process, from ideation and drafting to editing, proofreading and finalization, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and messaging consistency. Demand generation support: Create content that drives lead generation and nurtures leads through the funnel, aligning with demand generation campaigns and goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content is optimized for specific campaigns and tailored to different audience segments. Cross-functional collaboration: Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and contributes to lead generation efforts. Collaborate with design and other teams to create visually appealing and engaging content assets. Support the portfolio marketing team by providing relevant sales enablement content. Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create and publish campaigns and other web-content on the website.  Own the Spanish language country pages on the website as the main “single point of contact” for changes and updates. Spanish Language translations Act as the primary “single point of contact” for translation requirements for all types of website and non-web content needed in Spanish Leverage the AI based Transperfect translation tool to review and approve spanish translations Job qualifications Technical Skills Must speak/write fluent, colloquial and cultural English while also being capable of translating content into Spanish as needed. Copywriting experience. Experience in advertising or content/marketing experience. Experience working with sales and marketing teams supporting outbound campaign content creation. Understanding key vehicles for content distribution, especially LinkedIn and other digital platforms. Familiarity and expertise in using AI tools for content creation (e.g. Jasper AI) is a plus. Technology sector experience is a plus. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager as CMS for websites is a plus. Background in AP style guide is a plus.
