Campaign Communication Strategist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a thorough and meticulous Communication and Campaign Strategists to join our team. In this role, you will develop comprehensive sales campaigns across various distribution initiatives, ensuring that all partners and team members are informed and engaged.

In addition, you will coordinate and centralize corporate distribution updates, and work across the sales team to manage pre/post meeting templates and meeting invites.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Regional and National Account sales leaders, the Product Competitive Intelligence team, and the Market Solutions Group to develop automated campaigns that personalize messages and support growth initiatives.

Knowledge of current assets and working closely with the US Insurance marketing team are essential for this position to produce captivating content and implement scalable campaigns.

Success in this role depends on effectively coordinating communication, streamlining processes, and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop & Automate Campaign Plans: Create and implement campaigns that support distribution initiatives, for execution by the sales team, integrated in Salesforce/SaleVue.Develop quarterly campaigns for National Accounts and create touchpoints before and after meetings. Use internal and external channels to amplify messaging.Content Creation: Produce high-quality campaign content, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and other materials that effectively convey key messages to targeted audiences.Internal Sales Teams Communications: Coordinate and centralize various sales and operational updates.Manage and centralize corporate distribution updates, ensuring all relevant information is accurately compiled and disseminated.Meeting Communication: Prepare and maintain pre/post meeting templates, meeting invite templates, and meeting headers for use by the sales team.Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to develop engaging content and support the creation and execution of sales campaigns.GPS (Global Positioning Stories): Collaborate with the marketing team and Narrative Design to complete our quarterly sales story library.Collaborator Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal collaborators, ensuring effective communication and alignment on distribution initiatives.Regularly assess and improve communication processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Optimize the sales technology stack to increase adoption of messaging platforms and stay updated on industry trends in communication and campaign management.Generate regular executive readouts to report and analyze communication efforts, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to align communication plans and distribution updates with business goals.Content Development: Partner with the marketing team and subject matter experts to develop engaging and accurate content for communication materials and campaigns.Collaborate with CSE training team to provide support and training on communication tools and processes to enhance overall effectiveness for team members, customers, and partners

What we are looking for

Proven experience in communication planning and content creation.Proven experience in developing and completing large-scale campaigns.Strong understanding of technology tools and platforms used for campaign management (Salesforce).Experience crafting sales action plans for the distribution team to drive sales outcomes from key central initiatives.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Strong organizational and project management skills.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign improvements.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools.Experience in working with marketing teams on content and campaign development is a plus.

Salary range is expected to be between

$50,475.00 USD - $84,125.00 USD
