Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Campaign Assessment Support Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to develop and execute assessment methodologies for USCYBERCOM campaign plans.
What You'll Be Doing:
Participate and provide input throughout all planning functions, from translating strategic guidance through concept and plan development to plan assessments and associated functions.
Advise all USCYBERCOM staff elements in the interpretation of campaign assessments tasking and products to the Command mission.
Participate in various Command exercises and TTXs to provide expertise as to these efforts’ insights into the command’s campaign assessment.
Provide training on campaign assessments processes and products to USCYBERCOM staff, JFHQs and DRUs, other CCMDs, and various other external audiences upon request.
Track and report in writing the USCYBERCOM readiness to accomplish its Joint Mission Essential Tasks.
Coordinate and make recommendations to Government leadership on campaign assessment process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new product/service offerings to enhance support to the campaign assessment effort.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the identified area of expertise
Possesses an in-depth understanding of cyberspace doctrine, policies, plans, operations, concepts, and organizations
Possesses an in-depth understanding of joint doctrine, policies, operations, and organizations
Provides expert support, analysis, and research with only broad direction into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter
Serves as technical expert on high-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives
Works under only general direction, thinks independently, and demonstrates superior written and oral communications skills
Independently determines and develops approaches to solutions and develops solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, applicable, and consistent with organizational objectives
Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph, or active TS/SCI with the willingness to get a polygraph
