The Call Center Manager is required to supervise daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and costeffectiveness You will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are wellorganized and productive The manager of the call centre is responsible for the daily running and management of the help desk team through the effective use of resources

Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as a Call Centre Manager or similar position
Understanding of Call Centre operations in terms of how people and technology work together for business optimization
Experience within Customer Service is required
Matric/ Grade 12
Higher Degree / Diploma in a relevant discipline would be advantageous
Certified Call Centre Manager or equivalent qualification is a distinct advantage
Ability to motivate and manage supervisory team
Knowledge of and experience in managing to a strict client SLA
Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures
Experience in basic financial analysis costeffectiveness costbenefit etc
Proficient in MS Office and Call Center Equipment/Software Programs
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problemsolving ability
